A message from Keita:
We are pleased to inform parents that the RFID cards are now ready for collection in the primary dining hall for all Primary students.
The cards will support us in providing a better service and allows you to view a record of your child’s purchases (as long as they are registered in the Keita online platform, it also eliminates the possibility of incorrect change being given back to your child and will be a time-efficient service.)
CARD TOP UP
The card top up can be done at the canteen while collecting the cards or via online payment:
- Visit www.keita.ae
- Click on Student / Meal card.
- Complete name section and choose a password of your choice and sign in if it’s the first time you are using the servie or login if you are already registered.
- After signing up, you need to click the activation email in your account.
- Complete the student details and then click on the online recharge key to top up your account (the system will automatically generate a receipt for the payment acknowledgement).
Please note with effect from Feb 4, 2018, we plan to go cashless. We request you to kindly visit the cashier located on the ground floor canteen and return existing vouchers so that they can be topped up in your new RFID cards.
Once the cards are issued, VAT will be applicable and the exact amount will be collected on the invoice value.
