ADNH Compass is delighted to introduce its first Junior Culinary Academy, led by Sector Executive Chef, Richard Green.
Learning to cook from an early age can contribute to maintaining general health and well-being. Cooking is also a perfect way to captivate and stimulate children’s interest and enjoyment of food whilst building their self-confidence, so they are always proud of the dishes they have made.
Our budding chefs will deliver 6 delicious dishes over the term:
- Rice Rolls
- Junior Sushi
- Perfect Pizza
- Lasagna Cups
- Vegetable Triangles
They will then be awarded a Certificate of Completion, signed by Sector Executive Chef, Richard Green.
